Here you can find all the necessary information about applying for and completing an Erasmus+ short mobility.

I. Preparation for the application
Doctoral students can apply for mobility until April 30th 2025 (earlier closure in case of: a total of 150 mobility or the expiry of funds). Mobility must be realised at the latest as of July 31th 2025. Student application will be processed and the results published only if the faculty submits a valid and complete application at least 3 months before the start of the short mobility.
Applications are processed in the order of receipt (first-come, first-served). Call Results will be published at least once a month.
All application documents and details related to the application will be stated in the Call. In preparation, we publish a list of forms that will need to be enclosed at the Competition: Europass CV, motivation letter, acceptance letter (acceptment of a foreign institution), faculty approval.
