Assoc. prof. Slavko Zec, PhD

Presenting Study of Canon Law in the Light of the Reform of the Matrimonial Process

Slavko Zec graduated from the Catholic Faculty of Theology in Zagreb in 1987. He acquired his Master’s degree in Canon Law in 1992, and his doctoral degree in 1996 at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. He works at the Canon Law Section of the Catholic Faculty of Theology of the University of Zagreb. He is a regular participant in scientific conferences at home and abroad, particularly at the international symposium of ecclesiastical lawyers organised annually by the Canon Law Section of the Catholic Faculty of Theology of the University of Zagreb with the Croatian Canon Law Society. He also participates regularly at the scientific conference organised by the Faculty of Canon Law of the Pontifical Gregorian University titled Colloquium iuris canonici. He also participates in the Motovun Colloquium, a scientific conference organised by the State Archive in Pazin and other renowned scientific institutions. He is the Vicar of the Krk Diocese and the Adjunct Judicial Vicar at the Interdiocesan Matrimonial Court of First Instance in Rijeka.
