Erasmus Student Network

Erasmus Student Network Zagreb (ESN Zagreb) is a volunteer association that helps students on their student exchange in Zagreb. On the international level, ESN exists in 40 countries in Europe and represents one of the largest European student organizations.

ESN Zagreb was founded in September 2010 under the name of the Zagreb Exchange Committee (ZEC) in order to, together with the Central International Relations Office of the University of Zagreb, help foreign students in various ways. The people who had joined, most  had experience with student exchanges. In June 2011, ZEC was approved as Erasmus Student Network Zagreb and since then Croatia has been participating in all offered activities of the Erasmus program.

The association organizes numerous cultural, educational, sports and entertainment activities in order to make the stay of foreign students as pleasant as possible. It provides each foreign student with a "buddy", a person who will be at the student's disposal during his stay in Zagreb. In addition, he also provides assistance to outgoing students - he offers them basic information about the Erasmus program, connects new and old outgoing students, promotes student exchange at faculties and participates in projects to improve the quality of exchange students.

Today, ESN Zagreb has around 80 members, and at the beginning of the academic year, it recruits those interested in the work of the association.

ESN Zagreb is an integral part of Erasmus Student Network Croatia.
